While this book does a fairly good job summarizing the facts of the case, its description of the holding and its analysis of the case tend to be far to general. Cases are typically chosen for a textbook because they present a unique holding that establishes precedent for similar cases. This book often ignores the part of the holding that is the reason for a particular case making its way into the book, instead choosing to give a very broad holding that doesn’t divulge any information you didn’t already know.
