This was for a paralegal class I took because I had to have it on a particular day, I had no interest in the subject. Come to find out, it’s a fascinating and useful topic. This book does a great job of breaking down the legal concepts into digestible parts for non-lawyers. It does this while giving things a very thorough treatment, including variations in state laws.
