Texas Real Estate Contracts does not contain enough examples of completely filled out contracts. Deed restrictions aren’t even mentioned. Further, over 100 pages (1/3 of the book) are simply a reprint of the contract and addenda easily aquired from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
