  1. I took a fairly structured water law course but even then it was hard to keep straight all the different legal regimes, federal laws, and constitutional doctrines. Come exam time, this was the perfect thing to fill in any gaps in my outline. Also being that Getches was a co-author of my casebook, the book corresponded really well with the order of my class notes/reading assignments.
    Rating: 5 / 5

  2. Very useful book for law students, lawyers, and scholars interested in this somewhat labyrinthine subject. Addresses the past as well as the present state of water law in the various states and at the federal level.

  3. Excellent in helping with my final – received the book in just a couple of days.
